Resurrect Dead NiCd Battery Compaq Presario CQ60?

Hello dead NiCd measured at 0 volts.
No matter how long you put him in charge, only woudn't take any position?

It is rare see a true * * ZERO (even a bit of tension that disqualifies the following explanation, so I'm sure you are here) Due to insufficient of cells in a battery.
