I have a 4 bdrm, 3 bath home on two floors. 3 Bedrooms on the first floor, master on the second. Do I need a bathroom on the first floor?
I am remodeling the first floor bathroom and do not know if only a shower to limit the resale value.
It is difficult to predict how a prospective buyer is unable or unwilling to the future, opinions vary greatly from person to person and family to family. All you can do what you do is follow the needs and wishes of your family and you, and I hope if you ever sell to find a buyer who has the same tastes and needs.
